2. General
XF-2/?0.017-0.035?-200 type CNG compressor is the natural gas supercharger used for pressurizing the home-use natural gas to refuel the vehicle, which can pressurize the natural gas to 20Mpa. The filling time is 5-6hour. This type features in small size, light weight, excellent performance, reliable safety, economy and durability.

4. Structure and principle
The compressor consists of host, explosion-proof motor, cooling fan, oil-gas separator, pipeline, safety spareparts, frame, etc. the gas firstly is inlet to first stage cylinder through gas tube for first stage compressing, and then enters to the cooler. After that, gas is inlet to second cylinder. Then the processed gas is supercharged to 20Mpa by the treatment of third stage and forth stage. The discharged high pressure gas is sent to the vehicle by gas transmission hose after the oil filtered by high pressure oil filter. The compressor is explosion-proof, and it is installed with safety valve to prevent excessive pressure.
